All CACE classes are cancelled until further notice but we’re aiming to use our website and the CACE Facebook page to provide free online methods for practising at home for some of the classes and generally to help keep you fit and healthy during this period.
Tai Chi/Qigong/Chi Kung: Some time ago, our tutor Bill Styles, recorded a video clip and posted it to Youtube. Here’s a link to it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6EzHUJ8_9IA . Bill’s also suggested a link to, Master Wing Cheung, demonstrating the sets used in the CACE classes and providing a lot of other useful information. https://taichi18.com/ When you click on this link and arrive on the page, scroll down until you see the section ‘Introduction to Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi’, then scroll down a bit further until the picture showing, Master Wing Cheung, click on the arrow on the picture to start the video clip.
Update on 6th April, Bill has produced another 2 videos in which he demonstrates some of the routines for his classes To see these video clips, click on the ‘This Term’s Classes’ tab above and look for the class ‘Tai Chi and Chi Kung Online’, click on that and then click on ‘Read more’
