‘Qi’ or ‘Chi’ means energy, and in yoga, it is called ‘Prana’. ‘Gong’ or ‘Kung’ meaning work. Therefore, the word Qigong (also spelled Chi Kung) means the exercise of your internal energy. It is a Chinese healthcare system that’s endured the test of time and is making a tremendous resurgence in today’s fast moving world.  Qigong exercises integrate body postures, movement, breathing and meditation to help produce a healthy balanced mind and body.  Classes will  include standing exercises only. These will aim to strengthen and tone the body, improve balance and relax the mind.

No experience necessary.  Wear suitable loose clothing and soft soled shoes.
